Sue Wallace, PhD

Sue has over 30 years managing medical device businesses in the fields of nuclear medicine and radiation oncology, including high profile executive roles at GE, Cardinal Health, Philips, and Accuray. She holds a Doctorate in radiopharmaceutical chemistry and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Joseph Grudzinski, PhD

Joe has over 15 years of experience developing radiopharmaceuticals at multiple drug companies and radiation dosimetry algorithms at Philips Radiation Oncology Systems. Joe remains active as Senior Scientist in the Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Abhi Chakrabarti, PhD

Chief Operating Officer


Abhi has over 25 years driving Healthtech software product design and commercial growth of treatment planning applications, including executive roles at Philips Healthcare and Elekta. He holds a Doctorate in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and a PhD in Numerical Modelling of Semiconductors.

Paul Wickre

Paul has over 20 years commercializing software including radiation treatment planning and quality assurance at Philips Radiation Oncology Systems and Standard Imaging. Mr. Wickre has been developing radiation treatment planning software for the past 13 years under strict FDA regulatory guidelines.

 

Bryan Bednarz, PhD

Bryan has over 15 years of experience in radiation transport methods, dosimetry and medical device development. Bryan is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Michael Lafont, MMSc, DABR

Vice President – Sales

Michael has over 25 years leading clinical care and commercial sales teams, including executive roles at Varian Medical Systems and McKesson Specialty Health.   Michael is a Licensed, Board Certified Radiation Oncology Physicist. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Akron, a Master’s degree from Emory University, and further post graduate studies from Georgia State and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Patrick Morse

Vice President – Global Clinical Operations

Patrick has over 12 years of experience in industry and academic institutions in Research, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Sales and Marketing. He has held leadership positions in ZAP Surgical, Accuray, Elekta, University of Virginia and Northwestern University. He holds a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology and an Executive MBA.

Chuck Stearns, PhD

Senior Advanced Development Engineer

Chuck has over 30 years of imaging systems design, data processing, and image reconstruction experience at GE Healthcare, including 5 years as Chief PET/CT Engineer. He holds a doctorate in Medical Engineering from MIT.

Hari Gopalakrishnan

Senior Software Development Engineer

Hari has over 18 years of experience developing software for commercial and research purposes. For the last 10 years, he has worked in the FDA-regulated medical device industry developing efficient and effective treatment planning algorithms for external beam radiation therapy.

Koua Yang

Senior Software Development Engineer

Koua has nearly 20 years of experience developing commercial software at Philips and GE Healthcare. He is a highly skilled software engineer with expertise in image and medical data processing, including a focus on radiotherapy DICOM standards.

Dr. Richard L Wahl

Chair of Scientific & Clinical Advisory Board

Dr. Wahl was among the first to precisely target internal radiation therapy to cancers. He has a successful track record of innovation from the pre-clinical stage to the clinical environment. His significant translational success includes 20 patents, 2 FDA approved cancer treatments and at least 3 FDA approved devices. Dr. Wahl is Director of the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University School of Medicine, Head of the Department of Radiology, and a Professor of Radiation Oncology

Andreas has extensive experience in global business development including driving significant commercial growth in radiation oncology. Today he is specializing in market entry strategies supporting radiation oncology start-ups and clinical operators.
